I’m happy to have my poem “Closing Time” up at Poetry Breakfast. It’s a fun poem about the end of summer, a time that always feels a bit manic here in coastal Maine (and probably everywhere). The season is so short and sweet and we know what’s coming.

It’s a fun poem, yes, but also a spirited catching of the butterfly month of August. I love it. And I found your website through Poetry Breakfast, so another success for PB!
